achieve a fair contract
When the National Association of Letter Carriers – the union that represents the men and women across America who deliver our mail – was locked in contentious contract negotiations with the United States Postal Service, they needed to win broad public support to leverage the negotiations. Geto & de Milly shaped a national advertising and publicity campaign that had a direct impact on the negotiations.
With our strategic guidance, thousands of letter carriers in towns and cities across America conducted a national leafleting day in front of their home post offices. Our ads and press outreach sparked extensive local and national media coverage and sympathetic editorials. The campaign helped position the letter carriers to win a much stronger contract than either side had anticipated.
