For over two decades Geto & de Milly handled public affairs for the trade association representing licensed master plumbing contractors in New York City. From smaller firms performing plumbing repairs in single family homes and individual apartments to large contractors installing plumbing systems in new skyscrapers, we lobbied on a broad range of regulatory and legislative issues and handled media relations, including crisis management. Our firm created and placed paid advertising to support advocacy campaigns including efforts to halt the growing use of plastic pipes and to crack down on unlicensed plumbers.
