Greg Palmer, Junior Executive

Since joining Geto & de Milly, Greg has played a vital role in day-to-day project management together with the extensive research efforts associated with shepherding the firm’s complex real estate projects through public approval processes. He also works diligently, and successfully, to advocate for our non-profit clients to receive needed annual public funding as they strive to support vulnerable New Yorkers in a diverse range of sectors.

Greg enjoys the fast pace and variety of the firm’s public affairs projects. He has worked on a wide variety of important initiatives, from handling fan outreach and other programs for New York City’s first professional soccer team, MLS’s NYC Football Club, to revitalizing the South Street Seaport, to managing a large portfolio of New York City hotels.

Greg’s previous experience includes working for the office of US Congressional Representative Elizabeth Esty of Connecticut, where he handled constituent casework, communications and community relations. An avid golfer, he also worked for PGA of America on key initiatives designed to grow the game of golf, expanding opportunities for young people to experience the sport and building an infrastructure to support fanbase activities and communications. While earning his degree in Political Science and Architectural Studies at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, Greg was named to the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) Cleveland Golf/Srixon All-America Scholars Team.
