A native of North Carolina and graduate of the University of North Carolina, Michael has extensive experience in both public and corporate accounting through his years as an auditor with national CPA firm RSM US LLP and subsequently as CFO for a North Carolina textile manufacturer for over 15 years. After relocating to New York City in 2001, Michael served as comptroller for statewide and national political campaigns and nonprofit organizations, while also pursuing his love of international travel. In 2006, he was asked to join the Geto & de Milly team to serve as Comptroller. For over a decade, Michael has had broad responsibilities managing the company’s business affairs, including accounting, banking, HR, tax planning and retirement plan administration.
